Rereading the Ethics Handbook

So if I didn’t understand 99% of this hand book reading it for the fist time, I still don’t understand 97% rereading it.

I managed to get a few useful points that I should think about whilst researching and putting my inquiry together. However, for the most part this didn’t help me.

Does anyone have any suggestions of other sources and literature I could read on ethics that may be more comprehensible?

Thanks

  3. Hi Emily,
I read sections of a book called "Practical Ethics" second edition by Peter Singer. He has written numerous books on the subject of ethics, so if you can't find that one on-line, there may well be another which would help.
If it's any consolation, I found that reader really hard to chew, but Paula helped me by saying that really, we only needed to skim read it and pick out the essence.
What also helped me was when I realised how much codes of conduct encompass ethics and it's about care and consideration for others as well as protecting yourself.
I hope this helps. I have blogged quite a lots about Ethics because I too found it a struggle. Please feel free to take a look. :-)
    Best Wishes,
    Jo
